Smokers who are unable to quit smoking with other treatments can now discuss vaping with their family doctor. Your doctor may provide a prescription if it is appropriate for you.
Under Australian law, vapers are required to possess a nicotine prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
If your doctor is not able to help, below is a list of doctors who are available to assess your suitability for vaping and can provide a prescription if it is appropriate
You can see a doctor in your area in person if one is available. Otherwise telehealth consultations (phone or video calls) are available Australia-wide.
